No prior experience is required. Our consultations are designed for all starting points, including those who are entirely new to structured movement or returning after an extended break.
For live sessions (video or phone), you receive your written plan within 24 hours of the session. For written consultations, delivery takes 2–3 business days after form submission.
Yes. If you need to switch formats before your session, simply contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will update your booking accordingly.
